Each product at The AS Store is customized with care to meet your unique specifications. As a result, please allow 2-5 business days for order processing before shipment. This timeframe may vary based on the complexity of the customization and the availability of materials.

Once your order is prepared, we will send you a notification email with tracking information, so you can follow your order’s journey to your doorstep.

2. Domestic Shipping

The AS Store offers multiple domestic shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 5-7 business days from dispatch.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2-4 business days from dispatch (additional charges apply).

Please note that shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or delays with our delivery partners.

3. International Shipping

We are delighted to offer international shipping for many of our products! Please check the availability of international shipping at checkout.

  • Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery in 7-15 business days.
  • Express International Shipping: Estimated delivery in 4-7 business days (additional charges apply).

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or other fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination. The AS Store has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. For express or international orders, additional fees may apply.

If your order is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or building management and reach out to our Customer Support within 48 hours so we can assist in locating your package.

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us immediately at support@theasstore.com with photos and details of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the situation with a replacement or refund, as applicable.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Certain items may be restricted from shipping to specific locations due to regulations or logistics limitations. Additionally, our reverse pickup facility is only available within India, and international orders may require the customer to cover return shipping if necessary.
